Goals
The main goal of this program is to “Create, Develop & Maintain an IT Consultancy Services Portfolio that Caters for”:

Building a world-class IT Services Industry Culture.

Competitively Position the Services portfolio against the Multi-national as well as Regional players in the local as well as regional marketplace.

Widen and strengthen the Services Portfolio offering to include:
- Consultancy Services.
- Project Management.
- CTI and Call Center Services.
- Information Services Centers.
- Local & Offshore Outsourcing.

Propose a re-engineering plan to revisit / enhance the current rules & regulations in favor of enhancing the Quality of Services (QoS) level. This includes all the concerned parties in relation to the services offering (Providers, Financial Institutions, End-users, Courts of Justice, …)

Develop on-going orientation programs for both Services Providers as well as end users and collecting the feedback to enhance the process.
Achievements
- Finishing the study on the chamber's vision of fair basis for Sales Tax accountancy.
- Coordination with the ministry obtaining all ventures for developing local demand for the years 2002-2003.
- Coordination with the ministry obtaining all amendments to tenders law.
