Goals

• Participation in Development:
• Clearly determining each party of Interest, their responsibilities and their goals.
• Resource Mobilization and Structuring Human Resources.
• Promoting Integrated Partnership, Bases on Uniting Interest, Not Competition.
• Technology Localization:
• Encouraging production of commodities and services based on financial, technical resources of the National Sector.
• Determining time frames, pointer, and mechanisms to increase performance efficiency, based on not only foreign but also national measures.
• Providing applicable prototypes in:
• Pivotal Software.
• Pivotal Hardware.

Achievements

• First Pivot:
• Already accomplished a Workshop for implementing the concept of Capacities On Demand ( Second Meeting 28-9-2003).
• Enumerating the Capacities on Demand, to Advertise over two directions:
• Africa: In co-operation with the ministry of External Affairs, and the Consultant Box in the Ministry of scientific Research (TTCSRF).
• Europe: In co-ordination with a specialized germen company.
• The Advanced Technology Company has decided to offer the group a data of Capacities on Demand Information bank, in order to Enumerate and Advertise these capacities using dynamic C/S technique.
• Second Pivot:
• Offering in co-operation with Fujistu a training bundles for the National Pivotal Products.
• Third Pivot:
• Forming three sub-groups for Application in the following sectors:
• Petroleum.
• Media.
• Security.
