Goals

  • Develop awareness of Call Center services in the local market.
  • Organize Marketing Campaigns & participation in International Exhibitions to position Egypt as an Offshore Call Center Destination.
  • Ensure that all required Telecom Infrastructure and its tariffs are meeting the requirements of the Call Center Industry.
  • Set Standards for superior quality service.
  • Develop a pipeline of trained & certified Agents & Supervisors.

Achievements

  • The Group was formed on October 22nd, 2003.
  • Group members represent Outsourcing Call Centers, Inhouse Call Centers, and Call Center Technology providers.
  • Presently discussing with MCIT the establishment of a Call Center Training Academy.
  • Preparing a joint International Marketing Plan for 2004 to conducted under the umbrella of MCIT.
