CIT's GM's Speech

Since its birth in 1999, CIT has witnessed the dramatic increase the in the ICT demands, with a rapid growth and change of needs and platforms in the same manner as the technology this industry represents.

Hence, a solid yet flexible framework has become a necessity, which created the need for an entity as CIT and a desire to provide impetus to its role along the years.

Today's economy has become almost fully based on the application of technology and different sectors of the 21st century economy are fully married to the ICT industry.

CIT members and staff alike can foresee the changes ahead of their emergence. Accordingly, we endeavor to keep abreast with the infinite possible investment and legislation challenges.

The strong drive which all CIT Board members and members, as the well as that of government bodies and international organizations is a reason for optimism in the future of the Egyptian ICT sector.

While I wish the entire sector steady growth and prosperity, I wish you all successful business and cooperation.
